May 11 2002   Jude mailed I-129F Fiancée petition and $95 to Vermont INS centre

May 14 2002   Daz called local police station and requested Police record forms for Scotland Yard

May 17 2002   Jude received letter from Vermont INS requesting an additional $15 as I-129F fee was actually $110

May 20 2002   Jude mailed additional $15 to Vermont INS

May 27 2002   Daz received police record form and mailed to Scotland Yard

Jun 28 2002   Daz received National Identification Service Document from Scotland Yard

May 23 2002  Jude received Notice of Action from INS informing processing would be 30-75 days for I-129F

Jun  5 2002   Jude received Notice of Action that the I-129F petition was approved and had been sent to US Embassy, London 

Jun 19 2002   Daz received confirmation letter from US Embassy, London that K1 was ready for processing

Jul  19 2002   Daz received Interview date by mail for 9th Aug 2002 at US Embassy, London

Aug  9 2002    Daz visited US Embassy in London for interview and medical. Obtained K1 visa in passport

Aug 21 2002   Daz arrived in the U.S.A.  

Sep  4 2002   We were married

Nov 12 2002  We mailed to INS, Philadelphia I-485, I-131 and I-765 and respective cheques for $255, $110 and $120

Dec 18 2002   INS returned complete package requesting $50 fingerprinting fee and 3 year tax returns for Jude

Dec 20 2002  Jude contacted accountant for original tax returns

Mar 10 2003   We mailed to INS, Philadelphia I-485, I-131 and I-765, an additional $50 and tax returns

Apr 25 2003   INS returned complete package requesting 2 photos of Jude and proof of payment for I-131 and I-765

Apr 29 2003   We Personally Delivered complete package to INS, Philadelphia along with photos and copies of cashed cheques

May  8 2003   Daz received Authorization For Parole of an alien into the United States

May 10 2003   We received Notice of receipt for Application For Permanent residence

Jun 16 2003   Daz received appointment for Fingerprinting at INS, Newark for June 24th      

Jun 23 2003   Daz received appointment for Employment Authorization at INS, Philadelphia for July 2nd

Jun 24 2003   We visited INS, Newark for Fingerprinting Appointment

Jul   2 2003    We visited INS PA for Employment Authorization interview and obtained card

Aug  7 2003    We visited Local Social Security Office to apply in person for Social Security Card

Aug 12 2003    Daz received Social Security card in mail

Mar 24 2004    We received appointment letter for Adjustment to Permanent Resident

Apr 7 2004      Interview for Permanent Residence, Approved!

Jun 10 2004    Green card arrived in Mail, wow that was quick!
